ARCfest: Art for Real Change

Artists Play Studio Theatre, SPIN Gallery, Workman Theatre, Great Hall Downstairs, Blue Moon Pub :: October 21, 2006 - October 28, 2006



Children of Our Era - 20th century classical music, contemporary dance, & award-winning poetry focusing on an exploration of poetic justice, courage under seizure, hunger in a time of prosperity, & the art of insanity. (Oct28 Sat 8pm)

ARCfest is a festival that combines multiple forms of artistic expression with panel discussions, speakers and workshops to explore local social justice issues.

Taking place from October 21-29 in multiple venues in downtown Toronto, the Festival will showcase theatre, music, film, poetry, dance, photography, and other artistic expressions.

Human rights workers, academics, community workers, activists, artists, and those with expertise in the issues being addressed will be invited to participate as keynote speakers, panelists, and workshop facilitators.

Tickets

$10 to $20 - suggested donation for Single Tickets (unless otherwise indicated)

$50 - Festival Pass
- allows the pass holder access to any event
- must arrive 15 minutes early to be guaranteed a seat

$80 - 10 Ticket Package
- tickets can be used by anyone for any event (e.g. 3 tickets may be used for one event, then 5 tickets used for another event, etc.)
- must arrive 10 minutes early to be guaranteed a seat
