Members may sponsor up to 2 additional guests. BEFORE OCT 11 at 5pm $23 (incl. HST) per ticket with bus $23 (incl. HST) per ticket without bus AFTER OCT 11 at 5pm $28 (incl. HST) per ticket with bus $23 (incl. HST) per ticket without bus FREE for children under 12 years of age. No children under 18 months allowed on bus. Any young child on the bus must be able to sit up on their own (support their own weight) and have a parent/caregiver sitting beside them. No pets, please. ~~~~~~~~~~ Students and Hart House Members are invited to join us at the Hart House Farm for a day filled with outdoor fun, delicious food, and hands-on apple pressing! Pressing apples into cider is a popular activity in October and Cider n’ Song brings its own flavour to this longstanding tradition. In addition to enjoying the freshly pressed cider at Hart House Farm, you can also enjoy a little rural recreation by taking in the colours of the autumn foliage, enjoying a scenic hike, or grabbing a little downtime by the spring-fed ponds. Activities include: - Making cider (bring a container to take some home) - Hiking in fall leaves - Tour of the 150-acre property - Enjoying some time in the hot sauna ~~~~~~~~~~ Special Instructions for Participants - Activities include tours of Hart House Farm, Sitting in the Hot Sauna and, of course, Pressing Fresh Apple Cider! - Lunch & Dinner will be provided – please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. - Bring your own containers if you would like to take some fresh apple cider home with you at the end of the day. - Bring warm clothing to enjoy the outdoor activities. - Dependent upon the weather, insect repellent and sunscreen are recommended. - Bring swimming attire to enjoy the spring-fed ponds and sauna (no lifeguards are on duty so swim with a “buddy” or group). - Pets are not permitted at the Farm. ~~~~~~~~~~ For more information (416) 971-2343 Farm.harthouse@utoronto.ca ~~~~~~~~~~ Hart House Farm Hart House Farm is a beautiful 150-acre property cradled in the Caledon Hills on the ridge of the Niagara Escarpment, only 1 hour north Toronto.
